The real deal. Traditional small-town bakery that edgy Twin Cities shops can only hope to emulate. No bacon-maple, no sriracha-curry, but the best glazed, long johns, turnovers, bismarcks, etc. in Minnesota. Flaky, fluffy in all the right ways. And priced right. Also cookies and breads.
